• Lead daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a positive and welcoming environment
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
• Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and revenue growth to meet and exceed store goalsAnalyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Manage all day to day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience required
