Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail location. You will drive sales, build a high-performing team, and create a welcoming tanning experience that keeps customers returning.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
