Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Store Manager in Mustang, OK to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional tanning experience. You will build a winning team, recruit and train staff, and motivate the team to meet revenue targets.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong leadership, and excellent customer service skills, with a focus on growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience required.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedule.
