Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and build a high-performing team. You will create an exceptional tanning experience that keeps customers returning and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching abilities, and a proactive attitude, with a focus on achieving revenue targets while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedule.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities
