The Store Manager leads all retail store operations, focusing on quality and service to ensure memorable customer experiences. Responsibilities include people leadership, coaching, cash/expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, work order management, customer service, staffing, inventory, and cash handling.
  • Drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs and company goals, including NPS, Time to Serve, job completion, customer conversion, and compliance.
  • Ensure technicians are SafeTech certified, providing training, re-training, and coaching for quality work.
  • Guide vehicle and equipment maintenance and collaborate with marketing on displays.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and warranty issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent or 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with performance incentives.
  • 3-5 years in retail or service environments; automotive experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web apps, and office equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and engage a mobile workforce.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Professional appearance and PPE usage.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs., work at heights, and stand for extended periods.
