What You’ll Do As A Store Manager

You are responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work to make your store a success while upholding high standards of integrity and ethics. Additionally, you will maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates in an open‑kitchen setting that includes interaction with individuals of all ages.

A comprehensive 8‑plus week store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success.

Work requires standing for long periods, preparing hot and cold foods, using a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment, and working quickly while maintaining accuracy. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing up to 4 hours, reaching across counter levels of up to 36 inches, and working in a fast‑paced environment with high noise levels. Effective verbal communication, adaptability to dynamic priorities, and conflict management skills are also required.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $25.22 per hour - $35.308 per hour. Within this range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience. Panda makes no guarantee that any associate will earn any bonus and reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of its bonus programs at any time, with or without advance notice.
