We’re looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to join our James Lane Logan team and inspire greatness every day!

What you’ll do:
Lead & Inspire: Motivate and mentor your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Drive Success: Set the standard for excellence, ensuring your store meets and exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure your store runs like clockwork.
Customer Focus: Be the go-to person for customers, creating memorable shopping experiences that build loyalty.
Grow & Develop: Train and develop your team, fostering a positive and high-performing store culture.
Implement & Adhere to Policies: Efficiently implement and uphold business procedures and policies to maintain operational consistency and compliance.
What we’re looking for:
Leadership experience: A proven leader who can bring out the best in their team.
Retail expertise: Solid retail experience, ideally in furniture, homewares, or a related industry.
Sales-driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Customer-focused: Someone who understands the importance of a great customer experience.
Team player: Collaborative and ready to support your team every step of the way.
Availability & flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and peak trading periods.
Physical capability: Ability to lift and safely handle furniture up to 20kg as required.
