Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you are expected to lead your store team to achieve sales performance expectations through active coaching, development of a team selling environment, and operational excellence. This includes recruiting, hiring, and training a store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Leadership
- Lead store staff in meeting sales, service, and operational expectations
- Set performance expectations and ensure training in sales, customer service, and operations
- Model company values and lead by example as an active coach
- Communicate priorities and sales information effectively
- Guide team to identify and implement productivity improvements
- Recruit and foster an inclusive environment
Performance Management
- Achieve store business plans including sales and operational goals
- Develop and execute plans to maximize sales and performance
- Use data to inform decisions and identify opportunities
- Participate in business outreach and communicate leads
- Partner with Regional Manager to address performance issues
Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate scheduling for proper staffing
- Train staff on operational functions
- Stay informed on company policies and initiatives
- Implement programs to increase efficiency
Workplace Culture
- Create an engaged, inclusive environment where contributions are valued
- Promote learning and development
- Lead with enthusiasm and motivation
- Recruit external talent continuously
- Hold regular team meetings
Customer Experience
- Train team on customer service standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Creative, judgmental, and business-savvy
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in technology and POS systems
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks
