Job description

Position: Franchise Business Consultant | Zoom Room Dog Training Corporate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive client acquisition/retention. Responsibilities include exceeding sales expectations, staff supervision, store organization, and providing excellent customer service. The Store Manager will also coordinate socialization events and dog training classes.

Note: Dog training experience is NOT required. A LOVE for dogs is REQUIRED!

Current and former boutique fitness/Yoga/Pilates, etc., store managers do particularly well in this role.

Qualifications:

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Passion for dogs and their well-being
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Experience in the pet industry is a plus
• Competitive base salary: $50,000 – $60,000
