We’re on the search for a Store Manager who will be at the forefront of bringing the fandom to life. You’ll lead the store in achieving objectives related to sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management. You’ll be a retail maverick capable of handling any challenges that come your way. You’ll believe in developing talent and providing the best customer service in the mall. In short, you’re a superhero.

What You'll Do

1. Ensure that your store achieves the sales plan and/or comparable sales goals.
2. Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team to run your store.
3. Create customer engagement and buzz through social media, store web applications, and clienteling.
4. Lead an operationally sound business by balancing organizational structure, delegation, autonomy, and customer-first selling practices.
5. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors affecting the business.
6. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback.
7. Analyze sales reports and use data to guide strategies to meet sales targets.
8. Manage store operations effectively, including adapting to new technologies, communicating policies, and controlling supply spending.
9. Merchandise the store compellingly, leveraging planograms and launching promotions on schedule.
10. Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented, passionate team.

What You'll Need

1. At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience with a proven success record.
2. A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus.
3. Ability to adapt quickly to changing retail environments.
4. An open mind and interest in pop culture fandoms and music trends.
5. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
