Job summary

Viaero Wireless is seeking a Store Manager in a leadership role to create an inviting store atmosphere and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will mentor the team to promote products, learn about our technology, and participate in local community events as a Viaero ambassador.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and sales/management experience. A degree is preferred and bilingual candidates are desirable. Pre-employment checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience and, ideally, management experience.
• Willingness to pass all pre-employment checks including motor vehicle record and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting store atmosphere and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Mentor and coach the team to promote and sell Viaero Wireless products and services.
• Handle inventory management, staff scheduling, and overall store operations.

Store Manager

$20.00 To $22.00 Hourly

As a manager, you’ll help create an inviting store atmosphere, one that offers a fantastic customer experience. You’ll mentor your team in the best ways to promote and sell Viaero Wireless products and services. You’ll learn all about our technology and products and also keep up with trends in the industry. You will be a part of the local business community and spend time networking and participating in local community and Chamber events as a representative of Viaero. Of course, there are other areas that would also need your time and attention, such as inventory management, addressing customer concerns, managing work and event schedules, and ensuring overall functioning of the store.

What you’ll need to have:

At minimum, you’ll have a High School diploma or the equivalent, plus valid driver’s license. An Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred. For this position, we’re looking for a person who has sales experience, and ideally, management experience. If you have experience with sales involving commissions, that would be highly desirable. Bilingual candidates are desirable. You’ll also need the ability to pass all pre-employment processes, including motor vehicle record check, background check, and substance screening. At the core, we need a leader, someone who can help their team to meet their potential, who can see to it that our customers are provided the best in service, and who keeps Viaero in the forefront of the community.
