Speedway in Lexington, KY is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to head a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise and coach associates, execute merchandising and marketing programs, and drive store profitability through effective daily operations.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and hands-on leadership with a focus on training, hiring, scheduling, and staff development while ensuring a clean, safe store with in-stock products at all times.
