Forge Elite LLC, a growing retail company specializing in high-quality outdoor gear and equipment, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role is crucial to our success as we continue to expand our presence in the outdoor recreation market.

As Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales. You will also develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

You will work closely with a team of associates in a fast-paced retail environment. The store is located in Las Vegas, NV, a vibrant city known for its outdoor activities and events.

The salary range for this position is between $32,000 and $46,187, with the exact amount determined by the candidate's level of experience. In addition to the competitive base salary, the company offers comprehensive health insurance coverage, which includes medical, dental, and vision plans.
