Vertex Premier, a premium apparel and accessories retailer, seeks a Retail Manager in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time position offers a salary range of $28,000 to $37,831.

As the Retail Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing the staff, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that they are well-trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service. You will be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise, always striving to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be involved in managing the inventory, making sure that the store is well-stocked and that products are properly organized and displayed. You will also be responsible for planning and executing promotions, both in-store and online, to attract customers and boost sales.
