Job summary

FashionUnited in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Store Manager to oversee staff and store operations, driving sales and maintaining strong brand presentation.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage inventory, merchandising, and budgeting while upholding safety and loss-prevention standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of retail experience, including staff supervision.

• Assist in various store operations, including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, cleaning duties when necessary, and customer service.
• Display organizational skills with the ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside your specific role.

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all staff and operations as well as maintaining the overall presentation of the store. In this supervisory role, the Manager inspires their team by consistently demonstrating responsibility and teamwork, which are two of the company’s core values. Requirements
