Position Summary:
Under the leadership of the District Director, the Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the store and donation area. To ensure efficient and cost-effective operation through world-class customer service, processing donated goods, quality control, and maintaining a productive workforce.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all store operations, including opening/closing and supervising team members.
- Contribute to and operate within the store’s budget and expense-to-revenue ratio.
- Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and develop team members according to policies and job descriptions.
- Maintain availability to support management needs beyond scheduled hours.
- Follow established rotating schedules unless directed otherwise.
- Communicate store goals clearly and regularly to the team.
- Assist in creating schedules, approving timesheets, and monitoring labor hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain cash accountability.
- Coach team members through training, performance documentation, and assessment.
- Handle personnel and disciplinary actions appropriately.
- Manage work orders, purchase orders, and expense reports timely.
- Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance.
- Operate store systems accurately and complete financial/statistical counts.
- Ensure proper handling of donations per policies.
- Perform walking rounds to ensure team performance meets expectations.
- Maintain proper inventory rotation and presentation standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least two years of management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Retail sales experience preferred.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
- Reliable transportation required.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Ability to stand, twist, bend, squat, reach, kneel, push, pull, lift up to 40 lbs., and occasionally move items up to 100 lbs. Work indoors with occasional outside exposure, with moderate noise levels.
