Your Role:

As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee the sales and operations of your store, driving business performance and team success. You will lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience, managing inventory, launching new products, and more.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspiring your team to exceed sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Creating an environment where employees can grow
• Launching new products and services with your District Manager
• Training and developing your team
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment
• Coaching and motivating on the sales floor
• Handling administrative duties such as compliance and reporting

Qualifications

If you have a proven retail sales and team leadership background, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of retail sales management experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed standards
• Motivational skills and the ability to foster a winning team atmosphere
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
