Job summary

The Tile Shop in the United States is seeking a Store Manager with a people- and sales-driven leadership spirit. You will lead by example to build, develop, and inspire a team toward achieving sales goals and delivering the ultimate customer experience.

As Store Manager, you will recruit, train, and coach a team of Assistant Managers and Sales Associates, greet customers, and drive tile and related product sales while ensuring store operations run smoothly and inventory is accurate.
