Job summary

Baskin-Robbins in Ohio is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and lead the management team with a focus on guest service and excellence. You’ll implement local marketing, manage staffing, and coach team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience and candidates must be 18 or older.

WINNIN’

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
