Job Overview

As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, from sales and customer service to staff management and merchandising. Your leadership will set the tone for an exceptional shopping experience and a motivated team, driving the store’s success and community impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Performance (50%)
    • Lead sales efforts on the floor, engaging with customers and staff to meet sales targets.
    • Achieve top sales rankings in the store and uphold world-class customer service standards.
    • Participate in budgeting and financial review meetings.
  2. Staff Performance (25%)
    • Implement and oversee staff training programs, including sales, product knowledge, and POS systems.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness through role-playing, reviews, and direct observation.
    • Conduct bi-weekly leadership meetings to review performance and plan ahead.
  3. Store Merchandising & Operations (15%)
    • Maintain a professional and inviting store environment through merchandising and display setup.
    • Manage inventory supplies and ensure accurate weekly data exports to QuickBooks.
  4. Human Resources (10%)
    • Participate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
