Summary

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, setting standards for customer experience, employee performance, and sales. You will be a leader, mentor, and inspiration, aiming to create a successful and community-focused store.

Job Responsibilities

1. Financial performance (50%)
   • Engage with customers and staff on the sales floor to meet sales goals.
   • Be among the top salespeople, leading in customer service and sales achievement.
   • Participate in budgeting and financial reviews.
2. Staff performance (25%)
   • Organize and validate staff training in sales, merchandising, and product knowledge.
   • Conduct leadership meetings to review performance and plan ahead.
3. Store merchandising and operations (15%)
   • Ensure a professional and inviting store environment through merchandising.
   • Manage supplies and inventory, including weekly exports to QuickBooks.
4. Human resources (10%)
   • Participate in hiring, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
