Job summary

ARGUS Powered by SmartStop is seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our Cheyanne, Wyoming location. You will oversee daily operations, drive customer service excellence, and manage leasing, collections, and maintenance tasks while ensuring compliance and safety.

The role offers an hourly wage of $18-$21, with monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities, plus company benefits and advancement potential within the national platform.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management, retail, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Basic computer skills (email, systems, reporting tools)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective customers.
• Handle leasing, rentals, collections, and account management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
• Perform light maintenance and operational tasks as needed.
• Support a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
