Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities as described below.
  • Supervisory skills for equipment, tools, and staff.
  • Computer skills for report analysis, inventory, cash control, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation.
  • English communication skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and management: hiring, training, scheduling, maintaining professional image.
  • Site relationships: customer service, supplier relations, community image.
  • Training and development: performance appraisals, safety, customer service.
  • Communication: ensuring timely and effective employee communication.
  • Organizing and planning: developing action plans, maintaining files, supervising reports and merchandise.
  • Financial management: analyzing sales, budgeting, safeguarding funds.
  • Working conditions: indoor/outdoor work, exposure to temperature extremes and noise, minimal supervision.
