Job summary

Cold Stone Creamery is seeking a Store Manager to lead a FUN, FAST-PACED QSR team in Feasterville-Trevose. The role focuses on delivering the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience, coaching staff, managing operations, and ensuring a safe, clean, and high-energy store environment.

Responsibilities include customer service, making products, ordering, maintaining stock, safety, and cleanliness; must have 1 year of food service leadership, POS/cash handling, and the ability to lift 50 lbs; own

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food service leadership experience.
• Cake decorating experience is a huge plus.
• Experience in motivating co-workers.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of Quick Service Restaurant management.
• Computer, POS and cash handling experience (Word and Excel).
• Own transportation.
• Ability to work up to 6 hours a day on their feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clear communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Offer top-notch customer service in a FUN and FAST PACED Quick Serve Restaurant environment.
• Make fresh ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles, etc.
• Order/Receive product and supplies.
