Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking an outgoing, helpful, and passionate leader to represent our brand and support our customers in a busy salon environment. This role focuses on delivering professional customer service, educating guests on premium skincare and tanning services, and driving daily and monthly sales targets.

You will oversee daily salon operations, including staffing and retention, while maintaining a clean and welcoming space.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer experience.
• 1+ years of management and leadership experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends.
• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, upbeat, positive customer service.
• Consult with and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services.
• Meet, exceed, and consistently track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals individually and as a team.
