Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking a proactive, customer-focused leader to manage daily salon operations and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and lead a team, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and work to meet monthly goals while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of management/leadership experience.
• Proven customer experience.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, upbeat customer service and support.
• Educate customers on tanning, skincare, and wellness services.
• Meet and aim to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming salon environment and handle daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional, upbeat, positive customer service
• Consult with and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services
• Meet, exceed, and consistently track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals individually and as a team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
• Manage all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Proven customer experience
• One or more years of management and leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals individually and as a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and organization
