Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking an outgoing, helpful teammate to represent our brand in Norman, OK. You’ll provide upbeat customer service and educate clients on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services.

This role focuses on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, maintaining a welcoming salon, and participating in Leadership Training for future growth. A high school diploma and proven customer experience are required, with flexible availability

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Proven customer experience.
• One or more years of management and leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends.
• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals individually and as a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, upbeat, positive customer service
• Consult with and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services
• Meet, exceed, and consistently track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals individually
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
