Palm Beach Tan in Texas is seeking an outgoing, helpful, and passionate leader to represent our brand, support customers, and drive team success in a busy salon environment.

You will provide upbeat customer service, educate clients on skincare and tanning services, and lead daily operations while meeting sales goals. Strong communication and organization are essential, along with reliable transportation and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer experience and 1+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Reliable transportation and availability including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
