We are seeking inspiring, results-driven candidates for the Store Manager position. Store Managers lead and manage our stores, being at the heart of our team. They are passionate, caring about their team and community, ensuring positive guest experiences, and creating engaging store environments to make Lolli & Pops the preferred destination for candy.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive store financial and operational results by monitoring KPIs and taking action to meet targets.
  2. Hire, train, develop, and motivate team members; identify and develop future leaders.
  3. Lead excellent customer service through coaching, role modeling, and feedback.
  4. Maximize sales through product knowledge, coaching, and leading by example.
  5. Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory counts.
  6. Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
  7. Protect store assets by ensuring operational standards, safety, and security policies are followed.
  8. Maintain accurate records, handle payroll, and communicate effectively with the team.
  9. Develop marketing opportunities and partner with mall management.
  10. Work traditional retail hours aligned with store needs.
  11. Be an ambassador for Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
Qualities & Experience
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on ownership attitude.
  • Enjoy coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Attention to detail in cleanliness and presentation.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive, fun attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • At least 1 year of proven retail management experience is preferred.
