We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our Fabletics Retail Store at Cherry Creek in Denver, CO.

This position will report to the Store Manager.

How you’ll play to Win

  1. Embodies our culture and values through a high degree of self-accountability, acting as a role model for all team members both internally and externally.
  2. Supports the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training store Associates and preparing them to actively engage our customers in meaningful ways.
  3. Drives customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
  4. Supports and manages the store’s daily activities, ensuring alignment with company and store goals.
  5. Communicates inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  6. Maintains store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
  7. Participates actively to provide and nourish feedback from all organizational levels to improve the business.
  8. Strives for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  9. Serves as a resource for product knowledge to all customers and team members.
  10. Maintains personal sales and achieves sales goals.
  11. Maintains safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
  12. Unpacks inventory boxes as required, which can weigh 10-30 lbs.

What you bring to the team

  1. Minimum 1 year of management experience within a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
  2. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  3. Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
  4. Ability to work with large teams.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Comfort with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
  7. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  8. Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
  9. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
  10. Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  11. Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, stand for at least two hours, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
  12. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

  • Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
