Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Store Manager located in our brand new store opening- Corydon Indiana. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, and lead and motivate a team to meet sales goals. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring retail loss prevention, resolving customer inquiries, and fostering a positive shopping environment. The Store Manager will also be responsible for staff training and promoting a cohesive and productive work atmosphere. Corydon Glik's opens May 2026.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build rapport with clients and ensure positive shopping experiences
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interactions with staff and customers
• Proven expertise in Store Management, including leadership and team-building abilities
• Knowledge and application of Retail Loss Prevention to protect company assets and maintain store security
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail management is a plus
