Job description

Store Manager - (Fluid Power Products)
Pay Rate: $50K/year + DOE
Location: Conroe, TX 77302
Schedule: 8am to 5pm, M-F (Overtime as required)

Overview:
The Store Sales Manager Level 1 works in a leadership role to build a team that can analyze customer needs and determine the best solutions for our customers. Spearheads the effort to meet sales targets for their store location. Is responsible for driving store sales through existing customers as well as marketing our product line to new potential customers to expand our sales base. Suggest, plan, and assist in ongoing continuous improvement efforts.
Their attitude, work ethic, and professionalism must translate into the qualities that define their ability to grow within the company. Assist in analyzing and determining the best solutions for the customer.
Store Manager Level 1 job duties:
  • Working closely with our team and other members of the organization to provide superbcustomer service.
  • Represent company in a positive and professional manner
  • Work closely with all personnel to ensure workplace and customer satisfaction
  • Display exemplary attendance and time management
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Utilize the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
  • Assisting with parts requirements of customers through hands on counter service and sales.
  • Perform proper opening and closing procedures
  • Inventory control and store cycle counts
  • Perform proper shipping and receiving processes for store products
  • Assist in keeping parts clean and shelf section area stocked and orderly.
  • Forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck operation
  • Follow-up on parts shortages and expedite ordering to include assistance from procurement specialists
  • Display good management skills
  • Exhibit conflict resolution skills and good sound judgement when faced with problems
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Perform inside sales for store customers on the phone
  • Training new personnel
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • The willingness to accept additional tasks and training/certifications when necessary
  • Must be able to work 40-hour work weeks and overtime as needed with the drive to be on time
  • Superb professionalism to include clear communication (verbal and written)
  • Clean and neat appearance and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and math
  • Ability to follow directions/instructions with accuracy while paying attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and comply with posted rules and procedures.
  • Experience with fluid power products, hoses, fittings, coupling, cylinders, actuators, pumps, valves etc- would be a major plus.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 Per Year
