Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking an experienced retail leader to build and manage a high-performing sales team in the United States. You will recruit, train, and coach Associates, set performance standards, and drive customer engagement in a fast-paced showroom environment.

This role requires a strong eye for design, decisive coaching, and the ability to balance service with sales. First-year earnings are projected between $60k and $75k at target, with incentives aligned to store growth and customer

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Weekend availability.
• Strong work ethic and goal orientation.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Design sense: combine styles, colors and textures.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a well-rounded team of Sales Associates.

Job Description
