The Tile Shop is seeking a driven retail manager to lead a Sales Associates team across our Avon, MA location. You will train staff, greet customers, and drive sales while coordinating store and warehouse operations. The role emphasizes service, design sense, and timely product delivery updates.

First year income targets range from 60K to 75K with a commission structure. Weekend availability is required, and a strong work ethic with a collaborative attitude is essential.
