Job summary

The Tile Shop in Westminster, CO is seeking a Store Manager who will build and develop a strong sales team, train staff on policies, and proactively engage customers. You will drive tile product sales, learn store and warehouse operations, and lead by example to meet goals.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year retail management and sales experience, a strong work ethic, and a design-sense to inspire customers with color and texture combinations. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications
