Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older (varies by state) or 21 for certain states.
• Retail and/or food management experience.
• Willingness to work any shift and occasional travel for meetings.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
• Prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (Tennessee stores).
