Fink's Store Manager

Fink's Jewelers is seeking Store Manager candidates for our SouthPark location in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Store Manager will play a crucial role in providing a clear communication link between all parts of the business and must ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences by leading and managing a high performing team and delivery of performance targets.

This individual must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills, a keen sense of customer service, a passion for and demonstrated excellence in sales performance and a polished and professional appearance.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of retail service experience required; prior management and luxury jewelry/timepiece sales a plus.
• A passion for and demonstrated excellence in sales performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new clients and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Evaluate the performance of all team members and provide consistent coaching where service and selling are top priorities; create and modify action plans for the continuous development of staff.
• Stay current with market competition, industry, jewelry/watch trends and client shopping behaviors.
• Assist with recruitment and retention efforts.
• Support an environment of teamwork, trust and collaboration with peers, clients, and supervisors.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
