Position Location: King Street

The Store Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a customer-centric environment by prioritizing customers while driving sales. This role involves managing daily store operations, staffing, and inventory. You will lead a team of dynamic Associates and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Manage sales and expenses to optimize results.
2. Maintain staffing levels to ensure excellent customer service.
3. Ensure adequate shift coverage and scheduling, including covering shifts when necessary.
4. Provide ongoing feedback to Associates to establish accountability.
5. Develop the management team.
6. Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
7. Support a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and open communication.
8. Align behaviors with sales goals.

Qualifications

1. 5-7 years of retail sales experience.
2. 3-5 years in retail management.
3. Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Effective customer engagement skills.
5. Basic merchandising and visual skills.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Ability to hire, develop, train, and inspire Associates.
8. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
9. Ability to travel and stay overnight if needed.
10. Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift at least 10 pounds.
11. Must be 18 or older and fluent in English.
