The Retail Store Manager position leads our boutique team and helps to drive our success. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and experienced retail professional with a strong understanding of women's fashion, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for visual merchandising. This role is responsible for all aspects of store operations, including sales generation, team management, inventory control, and creating a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment that reflects our brand aesthetic. A significant portion of this role will focus on developing and executing effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing, and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and able to share best practices to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees to maintain store functionality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably in a women's boutique or fashion environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of women's fashion trends, styling, and product knowledge.
• Exceptional visual merchandising skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
