Your Role: You’re fully responsible for the care and inspiration of the team in your store. You’ll teach, coach, and develop great team members and actively seek tomorrow’s leaders. You’ll work closely with the store Assistant Managers to select and develop team members for leadership roles. Your responsibilities include developing the team, achieving store goals, building customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with audit and operational standards. It’s important to have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. We prefer candidates with at least five years of progressively responsible retail experience, but exceptional leadership, relationship-building, coaching skills, and technological proficiency are highly valued. Strong communication skills and reliable transportation with current auto insurance are necessary, as some leadership duties require travel.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
