In this key leadership role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, and fostering a positive, high-performing team environment.

- Previous experience in retail operations, human resources, compliance, marketing, or purchasing is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor staff to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture by aligning priorities and expectations.
- Inspire team members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Accurately receive and document deliveries in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
- Participate in nightly cash audits and manage store change orders.
- Monitor and evaluate sales metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee scheduling, attendance, and shift coverage for the retail team.
- Manage employee training, development, and performance reviews per SOPs.
- Conduct inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized records and required reports.
- Communicate effectively with corporate leadership.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by upper management.
What You Bring to the Table
- 1-3 years of retail management experience, with strong leadership skills.
- A natural ability to lead by example and inspire those around you.
- Confidence using POS systems and managing inventory.
- Clear, professional communication skills in person and in writing.
- Responsible and reliable, capable of opening and closing the store independently.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Results-driven mindset focused on quality and performance.
- Master multi-tasker who can juggle priorities effectively.
- 21+ years old and able to pass a background check.
