Job summary

Staples in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a General Manager to lead a collaborative, customer‑centric store team and drive community relationships, merchandise sales, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year progressively responsible store management experience in retail as a General/Store Manager.
• Store operations with analysis, planning, financial acumen and driving results.
• Experience creating a customer-centric environment with total solution selling.
• Experience developing a team in operational excellence to drive YOY sales and margins.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk.
