Job summary

Oberweis is seeking a high-energy Store Manager for our ice cream shop to lead the team, ensure smooth operations, and keep customers smiling.

You’ll manage shifts, training, inventory, and daily processes while delivering top-tier service in a fun, waffle-cone scented environment.

Weekend/evening availability is required; salary starts around $50k–$60k per year.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (food service a plus!)
• A positive, upbeat attitude
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties

Physical Requirements

• Carry up to 50lbs
• Stand and walk on a hard surface for 9-10 hours per day
• Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventory
• Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in Freezer at temperature at -10 degrees F during inventory and stocking
