Job Responsibilities
- Direct and control all in-store activities to achieve sales and profitability targets, ensuring long-term business growth in line with company policies.
- Set strategic direction for the store to meet objectives and foster a healthy team culture and store environment.
Core Accountabilities
Deliver financial results:
- Achieve sales and KPI goals to drive financial growth.
- Manage payroll, supplies, and facilities responsibly to exceed store EBITDA budget.
- Coach and develop staff to surpass individual and store goals.
Build a dedicated and good-natured team:
- Create a positive store environment through leadership and development.
- Handle recruitment, hiring, training, and talent pipeline development.
- Address performance issues promptly using company tools.
Customer-centric culture:
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Gather and communicate customer, market, and product feedback.
Operational consistency:
- Meet operational objectives related to loss prevention, health, and safety.
- Ensure team compliance with all policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements
- Full-Time Position
- College degree preferred or related experience
- Minimum age of 18
- Store management experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic, time management, and personal accountability
- Knowledge in sales, business acumen, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Ability to lead operational tasks and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills in English
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Physical ability to perform tasks like twisting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods; lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
