Manages overall daily operations of a service center in accordance with Allied Lube & Jiffy Lube Policy and Procedures, to ensure optimum performance, inventory, cash, and labor control, and to maximize profitability. Also, to ensure the image of service center and its employees is maintained, while exceeding our customer's expectations and protecting company assets.
The Store Manager will recruit, hire, train and supervise quality employees to exceed our customer's expectations and develop employees, to aid them in seeking additional opportunities, within Allied Lube. In addition, the Store Manager will perform these same duties.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Requires goal-oriented leadership, effective delegation, communication, and follow-up. Conduct monthly meetings, hold staff accountable, and discipline appropriately.
Must have a valid driver’s license. Physical requirements include standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, working in extreme temperatures, and working at a rapid pace.
