Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store.
• Confer with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
