Qualifications

• Requires a two or four year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Effective financial planning and management skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years retail experience, preferably industry related; inside sales a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and hiring of store team members.
• Ensure staff understand products and provide training when needed.
• Maintain staffing levels and supervise employees.
• Manage inventory, control losses, and expenses.
• Open/close store per policy and complete reports.
• Maintain merchandising standards and participate in merchandising and customer service.
• Analyze sales, gross margin, and expenses using business reports.
• Support development of new accounts and assist with outside sales.
