Panda Express is hiring for an Assistant Manager to support a single store's operations and guest experiences. You will oversee hiring, supervision, and daily performance while advancing through a leadership training program.

The role offers leadership development, potential for growth into management, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a larger Panda Restaurant Group program.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
