Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive daily store performance under the Management Team.

You will lead a team, manage inventory, and execute merchandising and sales initiatives to boost profitability and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires flexible hours including weekends and holidays, strong organizational skills, and proven experience in sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restocking, and organize the sales floor for a seamless experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee store systems, scheduling, openings/closings, and operations; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding goals.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
