Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations and leadership. You will drive daily performance, inspire a team, manage inventory and merchandising, and contribute to profitability.

The role involves overseeing scheduling, store systems, and customer service, with opportunities for career growth within the Skechers global network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales management, delivering results and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
• Retail leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: maintain Skechers' store displays and layouts to high standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless experience.
• Operations Management: oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store systems; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Sales Management: drive revenue by implementing strategies and exceeding targets.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
